The Nikki Nursing Manikin with Auscultation is a life-size adult patient simulator designed for scenario-based training in nursing education and healthcare programs. It allows instructors to train and evaluate patient care, bedside competencies, and auscultation skills using realistic clinical scenarios. The manikin features 15 auscultation sites (11 anterior and 4 posterior) with 42 high-quality heart, lung, and bowel sounds powered by Cardionics. Sounds are delivered through the included NursingScope electronic training stethoscope, which connects wirelessly to a controller that allows instructors to change physiological and pathological sounds during training. Nikki simulates a realistic patient with movable joints, interchangeable genitals, and removable organs for advanced nursing procedures. Constructed from durable, water-resistant materials, it is designed for repeated use in clinical training environments.
