The P97 PRO PPH trainer module is designed to simulate postpartum hemorrhage scenarios for obstetric training and can be integrated with the P90 PRO and P90 BASIC Birth Simulators. This module allows healthcare professionals to practice the recognition, evaluation, and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, a leading cause of maternal mortality worldwide. Developed in collaboration with Dr. Martin Neuss of Bethesda Hospital in Hamburg, the trainer focuses on the three major causes of postpartum hemorrhage: uterine atony, trauma (tears or ruptures), and retained placental tissue. Featuring realistic anatomy and SKINlike™ silicone, the module provides lifelike tactile feedback for hands-on training. With adjustable uterine tone, multiple bleeding sites, and controlled blood flow simulation, the P97 PRO module helps medical teams develop essential skills for managing obstetric emergencies.
