The MediCordz Core Stabiliation Lower Body Kit is used for core exercises in the pool or on dryland. Can be used in conjunction with the Core Stabilization Upper Body Kit. Consists of 2, 3-foot modular tubes, 2 combo mounts and 2 ankle straps. The MediCordz Core Stabiliation Lower Body Kit is available in the following lengths: 1.5ft-45cm, 2ft/60cm, 3ft/90cm and 4ft/1.2m. Also available in ten resistance levels. The Green Resistance has 8-24 lbs of pull.
