Description
This no-rinse sanitizer conveniently and effectively sanitizes food-contact surfaces where sanitization matters most. Spray on hard, nonporous surfaces and equipment in dairies, restaurants, bars and institutions. Simply allow to drain and dry - no need to rinse. Also use in commercial sinks for sink immersion of utensils. Dilution ratio is 1:512. J-512 Sanitizer offers a 200 to 400 ppm range and quaternary scent. Certifications include EPA, Kosher, NSF and Halal.
