The Alpha Harness comes equipped with 4 connection rings on the sides and 2 'doggy ear' rings, making it a great option for linear isometric training as well as flexion/extension exercises. The Alpha harness features several adjustment straps to ensure you get a snug fit regardless of head size. Each Alpha Harness included a 40" nylon strap and two carabiners.
