Because it's made from ingredients grown with regenerative agriculture practices, it's better for the people who produce the tea and the land where it's grown. For best brewing of this caffeinated green tea, boil fresh, filtered water to 175 degrees and allow to cool slightly. Then pour 8 oz. of this water over the tea bag in a cup. Let steep for 3 minutes.
