Lower interior pocket offers storage for cell phones, tablets, pens and more. Hook-and-loop closure allows easy on and off. Dual sizing allows a looser fit for wear over shirts, sweatshirts or jackets. Machine-washable vest is lightweight and highly visible for busy roadways, construction and transportation zones. Small/Medium size with 28" long center back fits chests up to 50" in diameter.
