Tweco® Robotic Gas Diffuser Assembly is suitable to use with 16RS/16RZ tips and 5/64" conduit. It is ideal for MIG welding applications.

KEY FEATURES

• Easy identification - Part No. rolled stamped on the outside surface
• Designed to work with robotic/fixed automation MIG conductor tubes
• A course thread is machined on the outside surface to allow the nozzle assemblies to thread over - holding the nozzle in place during the welding process
• Gas diffuser has a silicon O-ring to seal against the nozzle assembly
• Used in medium to heavy duty welding application up to 600 amperes
• Machined from 360 brass alloy bar stock to ensure consistent dimensional stability
