No-rinse sanitizer conveniently and effectively sanitizes food-contact surfaces where sanitization is of prime importance. Use Final Step Sanitizer in public eating places and commercial sinks for sink immersion of utensils as well as on dairy processing and food-processing equipment. It yields a concentration of 200 ppm active quat. With the dilution control system of Optifill, the job of sanitizing is done thoroughly and correctly every time. Sanitizer with a quaternary scent is Kosher certified and NSF D2 listed.

• Place bottle on sink partition.
• Adjust slide on bottle to secure on sink partition and close drain.
• Align bottle so that flow of water from the faucet falls directly into inlet on top of bottle. (faucet drop height of 4-8" is required)
• Fill sink with water at a flow rate of 4-8 gallons/minute (15-30 liters/minute).
