The fermentation tube is made from borosilicate glass and has white graduations with 0ml at the top of the collection tube and 5ml at the bottom. The collection tube is subdivided by 0.10ml. The open end has a bulb for the collection of the materials being fermented. The tube is supported by a round glass base.
