ProFlex 7040 Cut-Resistant Food-Grade Gloves are tested as ANSI/ISEA 105/2016 level A4 and EN 388 level 5 cut-resistant. Breathable, TenaLux yarn for maximum comfort does not compromise protection. TenaLux yarn is constructed of HPPE fibers to achieve a high level of cut-resistance without glass or steel. Cut-proof gloves are tested and approved to FDA CFR 175.300 for total extractive residues, certifying they will not contaminate food at any process point, including prepping, packaging and transporting. Lightweight knit with 360-degree breathability and a cool-to-the-touch feel prevents sweaty hands and overheating. Seamless knit cuff fits snug and comfortable, keeping dirt and debris out. High-visibility color enhances visibility for safety when working with knives and sharp objects. Food-prep gloves are effective for those working in industrial kitchen settings or anyone working in material handling where contamination is a risk.
