Multi-Band is rated to UPF 50 plus for protection against the sun's harmful UV rays. Segmented reflective stripes are strategically placed on the back of the neck where the worker cannot see. High-visibility color boosts visibility to keep workers safe and seen day and night. Segmented design does not interfere with the flexibility for comfortable wear in a variety of ways.
